TROPHY D10 with rigid fork

Introducing the Adventure Bike Trophy D10, intended for high-performance cyclo tourism and based on a high quality 7020T6 aluminium alloy welded frame. The mechanical properties of this alloy make it perfect for building bike frames. Thanks to our own production, we can adjust the frame geometry to the build of every concrete customer so that he has a custom bike. The basic frame geometry is designed with a view to calm and balanced handling properties and a comfortable ride. The frame geometry is designed for rigid front forks. Without front suspension the bike becomes more agile, and it looks more like a bike for cyclocross. Even in the case of standard fittings we consider technical details such as the installation of mudguards and rear carrier.

Every semi-finished frame is carefully prepared on CNC machines. The frame top tube has a specific shape, thanks to which the cables for the front derailleur, rear derailleur and rear brake are located elegantly inside the shape of the top tube. Welding is followed by hand finishing to achieve a visually perfect frame.

The Trophy D10 satisfies even the most demanding cycle tourists and travellers who like riding on cycle paths or in the country on demanding terrain. The bike can also be prepared and equipped for longer expeditions. Fitting a front and rear light, including front dynamo recharging. We can also expand your luggage space with a front carrier. We can even fit bags onto the handlebars. Your voyage of discovery can begin...We are happy to custom build a bike for you!

Rigid forks with lugs for fitting mudguard if needed. The bottom part is carbon, and the top crown with post is aluminium. Post dimensions 1 1/8", weight 800g. We paint the forks to match the frame design. Adventure bikes with rigid front forks are not as comfortable as bikes with suspension forks, but they represent the ideal solution for riding on roads or hard and paved terrain. There is no loss resulting from front suspension, and the bike is faster. The significant weight saving is another very important advantage of rigid forks. Compared with the regularly used suspension forks, rigid forks give us a saving of up to 1.3 kg, and that makes a great difference when riding uphill! In conclusion, a quick recap: If you use your bike only for weekend cyclo tourism, but during day-to-day travel to work you tend to ride more on roads and maintained cycle tracks, we definitely recommend that you choose rigid forks. Customer's logoCustomer's logo Every bike that we build has its own "birth certificate". Every customer demands an original. We naturally let you choose the frame colour, the colour of the stickers and of course you can choose the logo for the frame. It might be your name, nickname, blood group...The space on the frame top tube is reserved for you.
Adventure bikes use 622 mm diameter rims. When the tyres are fitted, they have a dimension of 28”, which is the same as road bikes. Duratec offers spoked wheels from the Italian manufacturer Fulcrum, model Red Power 29, which is dimensioned for mountain biking, but a wider rim is also good for an adventure tyre. The Schwalbe Marathon width 1.3" is the ideal tyre for tougher terrain, and the Schwalbe Mondial 1.4" is ideal for asphalt and paved roads.  You can find other possibilities on the Configuration page. 28inch wheelsize28inch wheelsize
