TROPHY D10 with suspension fork

Introducing the Adventure Bike Trophy D10, intended for high-performance cyclo tourism and based on a high quality 7020T6 aluminium alloy welded frame. The mechanical properties of this alloy make it perfect for building bike frames. Thanks to our own production, we can adjust the frame geometry to the build of every concrete customer so that he has a custom bike.

The basic frame geometry is designed with a view to calm and balance handling properties and a comfortable ride. The frame is designed for adventure suspension forks with a travel of 63mm. Even in the case of standard fittings we consider technical details such as the installation of mudguards and rear carrier. Every semi-finished frame is carefully prepared on CNC machines. The frame top tube has a specific shape, thanks to which the cables for the front derailleur, rear derailleur and rear brake are located elegantly inside the shape of the top tube. Welding is followed by hand finishing to achieve a visually perfect frame.

The Trophy D10 satisfies even the most demanding cycle tourists and travellers who like riding on cycle paths or in the country on demanding terrain. The bike can also be prepared and equipped for longer expeditions. Fitting a front and rear light, including front dynamo recharging. We can also expand your luggage space with a front carrier. We can even fit bags onto the handlebars. Your voyage of discovery can begin...We are happy to custom build a bike for you!

Standard fittings
two pairs of inserts for bottle cage, replaceable hanger for derailleur, seat clamp diameter 31.8 mm, fixing of disc brake is Int'l Standard, fixing for attaching mudguards and carrier, headset 1–1/8” FSA ORBIT IS

Extra version
geometry for rigid forks, geometry for 29" forks with 80-100mm travel, braze-ons for fitting rim brakes, weld-on for fitting stand, version for brake disc 203 mm, rear dropouts for fitting Rohloff hub, possibility of CGD belt drive (Carbon Gates Drive)

Connecting dimensions
frame geometry adapted to 28" suspension forks with 63mm travel, wheel diameter 28" (622), maximum brake disc diameter 180mm, fork steerer 1-1/8", top-pull front derailleur, seat post diameter 27.2 mm, front derailleur on clamp, tyre width 1.4"

Chain hook, which is a practical aid especially if you often remove the rear wheel from the frame, for example to transport the bike. When the smallest sprocket is engaged and the rear wheel slid out of the frame, the chain remains hanging on the grip, which is very practical. Chain gripChain grip
CNC dropoutsCNC dropouts Detail of rear dropout, where the fixing of the carrier in the dropouts is clearly shown. The dropouts are milled on a CNC centre, and they are connected with the rear wheel by a quick-release mechanism.
SunTour forks are prepared for installation of a front mudguard. The use of aluminium mudguards, attached using steel rods, is ideal. This solution is stronger compared to plastic mudguards and it catches more water from the front wheel thanks to the longer sector on the wheel circumference. Mudguard mountingMudguard mounting
Rear carrierRear carrier In the standard version the rear construction of the frame is prepared for the fitting of a rear carrier, which can be fitted permanently or just temporarily. Its fitting, in the bottom part via a conical insert in the rear dropouts, is very quick. The upper part of the carrier is mounted on the rear stays, where there is a threaded rivet. SportArsenal aluminium carriers have proven themselves.
