Cycling vagrancy

Very attractive movie and show is on Public TV named as Cycling vagrancy (or may be cycling trips). If you do not know it and if you plan to visit Czech Republic, we can reccommend it to see from archive. You can choose very interesting trip for your riding. Duratec produce not only racing mtb and road models, but quality very light bike for hybrid riding (28 or 29" inch wheels). Model Trophy D10 is possible to supply with geometry for fullsuspension fork or for rigid fork! We offer 2 alternates. Suspension forks are very comfortable. Rigid carbon forks are similar as road forks. Bike with rigid fork is very quick and stiffness.

Rainy mtb marathon King of Bohemia Forest

Very cold weather and rainy day was on 16.year of well-known mtb marathon King of Bohemia Forest (Kral Sumavy). Duratec Team had many racers in this mtb event. Paralympic winner Jiri Jezek started on trace 45km. Jiri with his handicap got fantastic 10. place in category MK1. We congratulate Jiri and all of racers from Duratec Team. Duratec is the partner of race the Prague – Karlovy Vary – Prague. The Prague – Karlovy Vary – Prague race belongs to the oldest and longest classic races in today’s road cycling. The Czech cycling enthusiasts K. Tocl, F. Subrt, J. Parrus, Vala a Nerad following French and Italian cycling classics started this tradition in 1921. The length of 263 km long course became a measure of competitiveness of the riders at the time and also a way to promote Czechoslovakian cycling at the international level … It is the longest famous race in the Czech Republic. Duratec signed the contract with management of race for year 2009.Czech hand made products Duratec will be exhibit during the race that is taken place in 19.th September 2009 in Karlovy Vary and in Prague.

Paralympic Winner and UCI World champion Jiri Jezek from Duratec Team had fantastic weekend thanks invitation of Chief magistrate of city Prerov for road race. His 10.th place in race for 135 km is excelent. Congratulation Jiri on result! Duratec exposition introduced road racing and mtb bicycles to all of racers and customers near city Prerov during the race Mamut Tour. You can follow other races and come to see czech hand work.
