Jiri Jezek got a new world record
Jiri Jezek has clocked an amazing world record in time 4:40,899 min in pursuit 4 kilometers on Track World Championship in Manchester (GB). He overtook the record for 2,566 sec. In the night final he won the gold medal. The silver medal goes to Eduard Novak (RO) and the bronze medal to Roberto Alcaide (ESP). Congratulations!
Although he showed his perfect shape and outstanding abilities also in 1km race pressed his PB to 1:10,189 to reach bronze medal and filled complete collection with silver as a member of the Czech Republic Team Sprint squad, the strongest impression was the World Champion title, rainbow jersey and the New World Record of the individual pursuit.
