Duratec - bike frames manufacturing and selling 

The survey BIKE OF YEAR 2010 finished! Duratec volunteered total 4 models in the following categories: mtb hardtail – model Canner CC1, road – monocoque frame Cult CR3, hybrid – model Trophy D10 and kids bike Duratec Beata. Vote was possible a few months on the server www.koloroku.cz And what are results? **Victory in two categories! ** The winners are hybrid model Trophy D10 and kids bike Duratec Beatka. Model Cult CR3 hase 4th place and model Canner CC1 is placed on the 6th in the overall place from 24 entries MTB hardtail models. Duratec company signed a cooperation agreement with Jana Horakova, BMX world champion and world champion in fourcross. Cooperation is closed till the Olympics in London 2012. Jana is a very experienced racer and we are very pleased that she will represent our brand on the international ra­ces.

Duratec began to develop a BMX model with racer Peter Muhlhans about 3 years before. The technical elements and processing are very important, but also the development of geometry. Model was put in to the serial production in autumn 2009. Jana designed her geometry alone and after the first testing in France, notes the very rapid habituation with new bike and excellent driving characteristics.
