Can you repaint my old frame?

Yes, Duratec provides full customer service for its customers. Frame must be completely undressed, wrap and will be sent to our address together with the completed service form. You fill the service form in all fields such as contact, serial number of the frame, the required adjustment and of course a new design. At a time when the frame comes into our production company, it is chemically removed the original old desig, checked and re-painted according to your wishes. This whole process takes about 3 weeks. Time is individual and depends on the actual capacity. Usually in the winter months is service full and delivery time is prolong. The price of this service is according valid pricelist + shipping fee.

How to deal with complaints?

A similar procedure as in the case of repainting the frame with the only difference that the complaint form to fill out and attach documents as required by our Complaints Procedure. If the claim is recognized by the manufacturer, then it is executed within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Sold separately stickers?

Stickers on the frame are very specific and we understand that customers sometimes want to frame servicing through their surroundings paintshop. Stickers are nt classical, which could stick to the frame, but these are prints. Their application is very demanding and it is not possible to stick without experience.

I have in my old frame dysfunctional Integrated headset. How to proceed?

Previously, Duratec used the headset Saiko 1–1/8 and headset FSA TH 871. Both types of bearings has not been produced for several years and it is not possible to purchase as a spare part. We offer the service of the head tube and prepare it for headset FSA ORBIT IS. If you choose, you demontage your bike and send the frame with the completed form to our service into production. The head will modificate and insert the new FSA ORBIT IS. This service costs are according valid pricelist + shipping fee.
