New - frameset – The Sonix 27,5", which in technical terms reflects the single cranksets, such as SRAM Eagle - 1x12sp. All cables are completely internally, and it doesn't have a single cable stop weld-on. The technically very clean design consists of the internal running of the Bowden cable to the derailleur and the internal running of the rear brake hose. The cable housing emerges close to the rear hanger.
This frame is a purely racing concept focusing on minimum weight. Double butted 7020T6 alloy tubes are used for the frame construction. Thanks to the large diameter they effectively resist dynamic load during races, and their rigidity gives the competitor immediate acceleration and correct handling of the bike. The effect given by the combination of 27,5" wheels and a 1x12 gear ratio is improved yet further by the rear axle in a version for fixed axle of 12mm. Thanks to the short & tight rear triangle over a fixed axle, maximum lateral rigidity is ensured even during the most dynamic stages of the race.
The kid riding is very popular and this bike is perferct for junior mtb races. We reduce a geometry of frame to receive a smaller one for children which are about 150 cm tall. The bike is optimal for kids with higher technical craft in mtb teams.
The entire concept of the frame in linking with the latest trends in components for cross-country races has set the precedent of this frame to be a racing top model of the brand DURATEC. During the construction of complete bikes we got to a bike weight of around 9.4 kg.

The cable housing for the derailleur and hydraulic hose of the rear brake emerge from the front of the top tube. They continue inside the frame and go to the rear stays. They come out just above the rear dropouts. The conical head tube is for a bearing 1-1/8"- 1-1/2". The larger diameter of the bearing in the lower part of the head ensures optimal distribution of the flexing moment from the braking force at this fixed point. FSA ORBIT IS2 industrial enclosed bearings are part of each frame.

SRAM XX1 cranks with possibility of selecting cranksets in a range of 30-32-34-36-38 teeth. Depicted variant of cranks 34 teeth, 175 mm from SRAM XX1. The cassette has the range of 10-42 teeth in 11 sprockets.
Rear disc brake post mount system. Diameter of rear disk 140 mm, a 160 mm diameter disk can be used if an adapter is used. Based on our experience, we recommend the use of a rear disk of diameter 140 mm and front disk of 160 mm diameter for racing. The rear wheel is fixed in the frame using the fixed axle Syntace X-12. Syntace X-12 with rear axle greatly increases the rigidity and strength of fixing of the rear wheel. It is far stronger than conventional fixing using a quick-release mechanism.
In the standard version the frame is prepared in terms of construction for the conventional BSA bottom bracket of width 68 mm. The design of the rear triangle construction is for tyres with a maximum width of 2.25".
